Achievements
School of Yoga & Health encourages her students to participate in state and national level yogasana and other Yoga related competitions. We are proud to say that our students had been winners in local, state and national level yoga competitions not only once but many times.
Ø Ms Indu Sharma won the Gold Medal; Silver & Gold Medal (Individual event) at the National Inter University Yoga Competition 2003 in All India Inter University Yoga Tournament held at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar dated 07 June, 2003.
Ø Ms Indu Sharma clenched the Gold Medal in Uttaranchal State Yoga Association 3rd State Yoga Championship-2004 at D ev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Hardwar.
Ø Mr. Samresh Kashyap won the Gold Medal on National Open Yogasana Competition 12-14 May, 2006, Varanasi organized by National Cultural Yoga Federation (NCYF) Calcutta.
Ø Ms Indu Sharma bagged the Gold Medal at Uttaranchal State Yoga Association 5th State Yoga Championship – 2006 at Shri Jairam Ashram, Rishikesh.
Ø At the 25th Open National Yoga Championship – 2006 at Shri Jairam Ashram, Hardwar Ms. Indu Sharma Gold Medal was again grafted by Indu Sharma
Ø Mr. Ramnish Vats won Gold Medals at National Open Yogasana Competitions organized at different places in India, i.e.at Patna in 2002, Bhagalpur 2003, Amritsar 2004, Varanasi 2005.
Ø Mr. Yogendra Singh bagged Gold Medal at Guru Gorakshanath Adult Yoga Competition organized at Mokshayatan International Yogashram, Saharanpur, 10 Sep, 2006.
Ø Dr. Indu Sharma, Ms Gayatri Gurvendra & Ms Shobhana Ben won the Gold Medal (Individual event) at the National Women Yoga Championship-2009 in Chennai dated 11-13 Dec, 2009.
Ø Dr. Indu Sharma won the Silver Medal (Individual event) at the International Yoga Championship-2010 in Puducherry dated 04-06 Jan, 2010.
Ø Dr. Indu Sharma won the Gold Medal (Individual event) at the National Yoga Championship-2010 in Kolkata dated 22-24 Jan, 2010
