1) What is the schedule of meeting our children in the hostel?

Ans. The Parents can meet with their children after 5 in the evening.

2) Can the students use mobile phones?

Ans. No. PCO facility is available in the hostels.

3) What are the Co-curricular activities for students in the campus.

Ans. There are many activities in which the student can involve himself namely :- ‘Kala Bharti’ (the cultural cell), Sports dept ( Indoor and Outdoor), Social Service (Village adoption programme), NSS, Diya (Divine India Youth Association), Srijan (Earn while Learn Sceme) and Shram daan is done every Sunday from 1:00 to 2:00 in the afternoon.

4) What are the timings for the meals in the Mess of the University ?

Ans. The Mess provides meals twice a da. Morning from 10:00 till 11:30 and Evening from 5:00 till 7:00 (it includes Chapati, Rice, Vegetable, Dalia and Daal).

5) Does the campus has Canteen?

Ans. The Canteen is run in the Campus where Snacks and Refreshment viz buttermilk, Tea, Coffee, Herbal Tea, Pakodas, Idli, Dosa, Jalebi, Poha, Seasonal Juice and Buransh (Sharbat of Himalayan flowers) etc. is provided at subsidized rate.

6) What are the things a student should bring with him in the hostel?

Ans. In every room wooden cot, bedding, table and chair, bucket, common utensils (pan, thali, glass, spoon) is provided from the university. Table lamp and table clock should be brought by the student itself.

7) Do you allow students (specially girls) to go out to the market?

Ans. Once in a month or as required under escort of Warden/lady teacher.

8 ) Do the campus has Laundry?

Ans. Yes, this facility is also available at subsidized rate

9) Can the student bring his/her music system ?

Ans. No it is not allowed.

10) Is the Hostel provides Gas burner for the students?

Ans. Yes.

11) What are the timings for waking up in the morning?

Ans. The day in the University starts at 4 am with Morning Prayer. Then Yagya and Yoga classes start from 5:30. The programme is scheduled in a way that all the students participate in the activity. Night Prayer is conducted at 8:30 and is the closure of the day. It is expected that students will adopt ‘early to bed and early to rise’ pattern of life.

12) Can the student visit Shantikunj daily?

Ans. No but on the occasion of Birthdays and on every Thursday and Saunday students are allowed to visit Shantikunj and get an opportunity to offer Pranam to the Honorable Chancellor Dr. Pranav Pandya and Adarniya Shailjiji.

13) What are the Facilities provided to the students?

Ans. The Student can avail the facilities provided in the campus:-

14) Does the chancellor involve himself in Academic Activities?

Ans. Yes. Honorable Dr. Pranav Pandya is the fulltime Chancellor of the University. He is a Genius, Thinker, Writer, and an Outstanding Academician. He takes classes on Art of living, Meditation, Gita , Personality Development , Scientific Spirituality and on specialized topics besides guiding students for research programmes. Honorable Vice Chancellor also takes classes on Personality Refinement, Leadership Qualities and Entrepreneurship Development.
