A two day Adventurous Tourist Camp was organized by the Tourism Department and National Service Scheme of DSVV. On 20 th and 21 st February, 30 students took a training in Rock Climbing, zip line, rappelling, trekking, and camping, etc. in the deep ranges of Pauri Garhwal. Shri Vijay Maali from Eco Wild Camp, put his views on Environment Friendly Tourism in the training. Along with the awareness of the principles of Responsible Tourism, all the students were introduced with the different aspects of Adventurous Tourism in the program. The chief coordinator of the program, Dr. Arunesh Parashar, invited the Eco Wild Camp to the University with the objective to work with them. The coordinator, Dr. Umakant Indoliya, expressed deep gratitude towards all at the end. Shri Avanendu Parashar, Shri Pankaj Singh, Shri Prakhar Singh and others were also present during the training.
