Registration
A candidate can apply for only one program in one session .

Provisional Admission
Those candidates who are appearing for the qualifying examination can also apply for various programs of Distance Education. Upon declaration of the result the candidate is required to submit the mark sheet otherwise their admission will be cancelled.

Incomplete Application Form
Incomplete application forms will rejected by the university without any intimation to the candidate. Therefore the candidates are advised that they fill the relevant details carefully and attach the attested copies of the required certificates.
Applicant form submitted to other officers of the university shall not be considered.

Duration of the Program
The minimum duration to complete the Certificate program is six months and the maximum is one year and six months. Student will be given three sessions to appear for examination. In this duration no additional fee shall be charged from the student.
To complete the diploma program the minimum duration is one year and maximum three years. Student will be given six sessions to appear for examination. In this duration no additional fee shall be charged from the student.

Re-Registration
Those students who are not able to complete the program in the prescribed duration can take registration for one year . Students are required the prescribed fee per course.

Refund of Fee
Fee once paid will not be refunded in any circumstances and also would not be considered for any other program of University.

Study Material
Student is required to collect the study material directly from the study center. They should follow the due dates mentioned in the Program Guide for various activities.

Identity Card
This card is issued by the Study centre to the student. This card should be used by the students for participation in the Counseling session, term end examination and various activities of the study center.
