One more chapter was added to our Achievements, when DSVV signed an MOU with Turiba University of Latvia, Central Europe on 8th December, 2015. It may be noted that these days Dr. Chinmay Pandya, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Dev Sanskriti University, is on Latvian Tour and is having meetings with the academicians inclined towards Indian Culture.

According to the releases, both the institutions would work together to pursue educational objectives, materials and mutual exchange of experiences of faculty and students through participation in seminars and academic meetings, joint research activities, special short term academic programs. Also mutual exchange of administrative managers, coordinators, joint cultural programs and various programs for the development of staff are included in the deal.

Liaison Officers would be nominated for the development of both the Universities and for the coordination of specific programs or activities. The Liaison Officers would determine the programs relative to the culture of both the nations. On this occasion, Aldis Baumanis, Dr. paed., Rector and Chairman of the Board of the Turiba University, expressed that this deal would become a milestone in the development of both the Institutes.

Dr. Pranav Pandya, the Chancellor of DSVV, said that the flag of Indian Culture is seen hoisting even on the foreign soil. People are attracted towards the ancient culture of the world. For this the scholars from academia are trying to shape the young generation.
