Two students from DSVV participated in the main Republic Day Parade

Two students of the Uttarakhand state were selected for the main republic day parade that took place at Delhi. Among them, Ku. Kamalrani and Ritesh Kumar from the Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalay received the training for the parade from 1st to 25th of January. Finally they participated in the main republic Day parade on 26th of January and uplifted the honor of the university. According to the students, it was necessary for them to practice regularly for 6-7 hours. In the evening hours, the students of all the states had to demonstrate special cultural activities of their respective states.

The Hon. Chancellor of the University, Dr. Pranav Pandya, congratulated the students for making the university proud. According to Dr. Pandya, the participation of DSVV in the Republic Day Parade consecutively for the 5th year is a moment of great pride not only for the university but also for the Uttarakhand state. The Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University, Dr. Chinmay Pandya, also congratulated both the students. He said that it is only through strict discipline and patience that a person earns such a great achievement. Today, students must cultivate simplicity and understanding in their perspectives, only then will they receive appropriate results. Warm wishes were also extended by the coordinator of the NSS in DSVV, Dr. Arunesh Parashar. Dr. Parashar informed that the students, after participating on 26th of January, took part in the Beating Retreat Ceremony held on 29th January, then after touring Delhi they finally departed for the university.

Back home the entire DSVV family welcomed the both the students.
