The Coordinator and the volunteers of the National Service Scheme (NSS) in the Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya have been honored by the Governor for their excellent performance at the National Awareness Programs, National Parade and other National Services. Dr. Arunesh Parashar from the Uttarakhand state has been awarded by the Governor, Dr. Krishnakant Paul, for his contributions in taking forward the National Awareness Programs, and for carrying out various creative service activities in rural areas of the Uttarakhand State. Dr. Parashar has been actively participating in various programs at National Level. The volunteers, Prachi Agarwal, Gautam Kumar and Manoj Kumar, who returned from the National Parade, were honored by the Governor for their special contributions. His Excellency extended best wishes, specially, for the excellent performance at the Prime Minister’s Office. In the felicitation program, Dr. Vinod Kumar, the State NSS Officer, described the various awareness programs carried out by DSVV. According to him, DSVV gains a unique identity in the field of NSS at national and regional level. Dr. Pranav Pandya, the Hon. Chancellor of the university congratulated all members of DSVV on this great achievement. According to him, whichever be the area, the teachers and the students of DSVV move forward with their full might and spirit. Work is accomplished here inspired by positive thoughts. The Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Chinmay Pandya, complimenting said that on this land of Yugrishi Pandit Shri Ram Sharma Acharya, everyone is motivated to do inspirational works. In this short span of life, one must do good deeds as much as one can, and to promote various creative activities through DSVV should be the sole aim of the ‘Youth Revolution‘.
