1. What will be the mode of the exam?
The exam will be a pen & paper based test. The answers will be put to OMR Sheets.
2. What will be the test pattern?
Objective-type questions with multiple-choice questions.
3. What will be the medium of the exam?
The question paper will be both in English and Hindi.
4. What will be the syllabus of the exam?
    a. Bachelors-

    7. Can we fill out the form offline while visiting DSVV?
    No, you cannot fill out the form offline.

    9. Is distance education mode available in DSVV?
    Unfortunately, we have discontinued distance education. Whereas we provide short term modular courses (with certificate). Most of the courses run during evening hours.
    10. Can we take direct admission to DSVV?
    No, you need to go through the entire admissions process to take admission to DSVV.
    11. In the admission form, the parent’s mobile number is mandatory, my father is no more and my mother does not carry a mobile. Whose number can she provide in this case?
    a. You can provide contact details of your guardians or relatives who stay near your home and who can arrange a call with your mother on an urgent/necessary basis. b. If both parents are no more then kindly provide the contact number of your legal guardians.
    12. How can I prepare for the entrance exam and interview?
    Kindly refer to the questions related to the exam pattern, exam syllabus and reference books.

    15. After the online submission of the application form, do I need to send the hard copy to the university through post?
    No, this is not required.
    16. From which class can we get admission to DSVV?
    a. Depending upon your educational qualification and our eligibility criteria for various programs we offer, you can start your study from undergraduate onwards. b.     17. Could you please tell me if the entrance exam and the interview will be held online or offline mode?
      • a. Both will be in offline mode. The written test is a computer-based test (CBT) which will be held in DSVV exam centers.
      b. Interviews will be held only at DSVV Campus, Haridwar.
    18. Are any of the programs offered in online mode?
    All the programs offered by DSVV are REGULAR, which means the courses are run in an offline mode only. You will have to stay on the DSVV campus for the entire tenure of your program.

    20. I have paid the application form fee but it does not show any option for final submission after payment of fee. Payment status also showed success.
    Your form automatically gets submitted once payment is made and it’s successful.
    21. I tried to make payment for the application form, and the amount is deducted from my account but I have not received any confirmation message.

    22. I want to change the program in the admission application form.
      • a. This is a chargeable service.

    23. Is DSVV providing campus placements?
    Yes, we do provide campus placements. You can get more information about placements by emailing us at placements@dsvv.ac.in
    24. Is the admission application form fee refundable?
    No, the admissions entrance application form fee is non-refundable.
    25. How can I get the books for exam purpose?

    26. I want to know if it is mandatory to stay in the DSVV hostel during my tenure.
    Yes, the campus is completely & compulsorily residential. So, during your tenure, you need to stay in DSVV hostels only.
    27. I studied class 10th and then a diploma in place of class 12th. Can I apply?
    Yes, you can apply if the diploma is equivalent to 10 + 2 and the program of your interest mentions this in the eligibility criteria in the prospectus available in the admissions section of the website.

    33. How to retrieve login details of an admission seeker, if forgotten?

    34. How and when will I receive my admit card for the entrance exam?
    Admit cards are generated one week before the examination date. Admit cards will be shared with the candidates on their registered e-mail id.

    36. Can I create two or more login ids with the same email id and mobile number?
    Yes, multiple login ids can be created with using one e-mail id or phone number.
    37. How can my payment related issues can be resolved?

    38. Can I be engaged in a job while studying at DSVV?
    All the courses are regular and students are required to maintain a particular percentage of attendance. Also, it is a residential University, students are not allowed to move out of the premises except Sundays. So, they cannot be indulged in other activities like a Job while studying in DSVV.
    39. Can I get admission in DSVV through CUET?
    Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya has its own Admission Process and conducts its own Entrance Examination at various Examination Centers across India.
    40. I am appearing in my final year examination this year. Is it possible to get admission in DSVV at the same time?
    If only the final semester result/marksheet is pending, one can get it submitted and verified at the time of Personal Interview.
    41. Can I apply for a course in DSVV when I have a gap in my studies? If yes, what documents will be required to justify the time gap?
    Applicants must submit an affidavit for the time gap in education.
    42. What will be the mode of communication between DSVV and applicants?
    DSVV will communicate with all its Applicants via their registered e-mail id and mobile number. All necessary information will be published on DSVV website – www.dsvv.ac.in/
