The main responsibility of the Chief Editor is to take a final decision and to bear responsibility for dealing with any issues arising subsequent to publication, and ensure a fair and transparent peer review procedure. The editors, under the direct guidance of Chief editor, will then reach a decision based on the reviewers reports and make a recommendation of the article. The Editors take care of specific operative activities related to editing the Journal columns, processing submissions and supervising the peer review procedure. They may also recommend the up-front rejection of unsuitable or scarcely relevant papers.
